What to Expect

Here at Seabreeze, we offer you outdoor saunas & cold plunge in a natural setting overlooking a quiet lake. Our community saunas accomodate 4-5 people seeking to relax and enjoy the benefits of a warm sauna.  Our sessions are two hours long. Each session will have a structure similar to this:

  • Sauna for 10-15 minutes - Your body will determine the actual time.

  • Cold plunge for 1-3 minutes or relax outside to cool down

  • Repeat as many times as you desire over your two hour session

  • Rest amongst nature or relax by the fire.

Your body will acclimate to this activity overtime & repetion.  Take time to enjoy a quiet moment resting by the fire. Take in the view of the lake, listen to the sound of the ocean and nature that surrounds you. This time is for you to do what your body & mind need for rejuvination. We hope you enjoy the experience so much you'll come back and bring a friend. When you do you will notice that you are able to stay in the sauna or cold plunge for longer periods of time.

Exposing our bodies between the extremes of hot & cold, plays a role in our stress management. This interaction teaches the body to respond to stressors swiftly and effectively, ultimately reducing chronic stress levels and enhancing mental well-being. Our feel-good factors can last for days as levels in stress and anxiety decrease when embracing these practices.

Physical Health

Contrast therapy provides a powerful combination of physical benefits that improve one's overall health. Heat from saunas help relax sore muscles, reduce joint stiffness, and calm pain associated with arthritis while cold plunges reduce inflammation and numb our pain receptors around the arthritic joints while stimulating white blood cells helping to fight illnesses.
