ADA Sauna Reservation
Our goal is to provide our services to everyone and ensure that individuals with disabilities can enjoy our facilities during the same hours as enjoyed by others. We do ask that you contact us directly to book an ADA sauna so we can ensure adequate space is blocked and seating arrangements are configured within our sauna which is ADA compliant. We also offer parking, bathroom, and one cold plunge tub. The cold plunge tub allows for a seated transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not offer refunds for single sessions, packaged sessions, monthly, or annual memberships at any time. Due to the high cost of cancellation transaction fees and the ability to rebook our limited number of time slots, we do not offer cancellation refunds. No exceptions.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We allow rescheduling within a 10 day notice. Any reschedule requests after this 10 day window will not be accepted or refunded. Additionally, reschedules are only allowed once per booking. If you need to reschedule within the allowable timeframe, please email us with an alternative time & date. We will do our best to accomodate your request based on availability.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
We reserve the right to cancel due to weather events, power outages, unforseen events or circumstances beyond our control. We will work with you and do our best to reschedule your booking to another date & time.
